Try our products. If you are not completely satisfied - for any reason - simply return to us within 60 days for a full refund less shipping fees.
Limits
The item must be shipped back to us within 60 days of your receipt.
The Money-Back Guarantee covers the purchase of one unit only. If you are interested in the purchase of larger quantities then we may be able to loan you an evaluation unit for testing (U.S.A. only).
Exclusions
1.ÌýÌýAny physically damaged or defaced item may not be fully refundable. We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned product before issuing a refund.
2.ÌýÌýItems with missing cables and/or other support materialsÌýmay not be fully refundable.
3.ÌýÌýAny product that isÌýpurchased as a result of Buyer error is not covered by this Guarantee.
4.ÌýÌýThe AFL3430 Fiber Optic Link is an excluded product and not covered by this Guarantee.
5.ÌýÌýNon-standard items are not covered by this Guarantee. If your product/option is shown on this website or listed in a datasheet, then it is a standard product and is covered by this Guarantee (except for AFL3430).
Shipping Costs
Your refund will be for the complete purchase price less the shipping fees we paid to originally ship to you.ÌýYou assume all costs of shipping back to EndRun.
Procedure for Returning Product for a RefundÌý
To return a product for refund please emailÌýsupport@endruntechnologies.comÌýto request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.
Credit and check refunding are handled by our Finance Department, which may take 1-14 business days to confirm and complete after the goods are received. If you paid with a credit card, please note that regulations allow us to only issue credit to your credit card account.
